Lovely little pasta dish here guys, so simple , quick & tastes delicious ?

Ingredients:
broccoli ? stem tips
asparagus tips
fine green beans
Red & yellow pepper ?
Shallots ?
Red chilli ?
Peas
Juice & zest of a lemon
Garlic ?
Coconut milk ?
Crushed walnuts
Golden breadcrumbs
Fresh parsley ?/ coriander ?/basil ?
Organic wholewheat spaghetti

Method:
Cook down all the veggies in some Avocado oil until soft , add coconut milk simmer for 5/10 mins
Boil pasta in some salt for 10 mins then add to the veggies & coconut milk and mix for a further 5/10 mins until creamy and delicious ?
Serve in a pasta bowl with fresh parsley and sprinkle over crushed walnuts & breadcrumbs and drizzle more lemon juice over the pasta then serve ?
