Lovely little pasta dish here guys, so simple , quick & tastes delicious 😋

Ingredients:
broccoli 🥦 stem tips
asparagus tips
fine green beans
Red & yellow pepper 🫑
Shallots 🧅
Red chilli 🌶
Peas
Juice & zest of a lemon
Garlic 🧄
Coconut milk 🥛
Crushed walnuts
Golden breadcrumbs
Fresh parsley 🌿/ coriander 🌿/basil 🍃
Organic wholewheat spaghetti

Method:
Cook down all the veggies in some Avocado oil until soft , add coconut milk simmer for 5/10 mins
Boil pasta in some salt for 10 mins then add to the veggies & coconut milk and mix for a further 5/10 mins until creamy and delicious 🤤
Serve in a pasta bowl with fresh parsley and sprinkle over crushed walnuts & breadcrumbs and drizzle more lemon juice over the pasta then serve 💚
