Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Almond Butter
A beautiful hot day calls for a cold breakfast ☀️ I actually can’t believe I haven’t made overnight oats yet this summer, they are so quick and you can pack them full of incredible ingredients 👏
My overnight oats mix contained oats, chia seeds, agave, Alpro yoghurt, almond butter and almond milk.
I topped the overnight oats with strawberries, kiwi, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, raspberry compote and date syrup🍓🥝
Ingredients for the overnight oats:
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp almond butter
2 tsp agave
1 tbspn plant based yoghurt
Method:
1. Mix the ingredients together and refrigerate.
2. The next day add your favourite toppings !
