Over the weekend, one of our group member was able to get the help of @bakeyvakey to come up with a new vegan recipe to share with everyone here. The theme of the recipe was quick and easy. The photos shown are ingredients used, the final product, some behind the scene, and lastly, a montage of the process.

– 2 Serving of Soba Udon
– 1 Bowl of Edamame Beans
– 1 Bowl of Sweet Corn
– 1 Bowl of Cherry Tomatoes
– Peanut Butter
– Fresh Lemon
– Cucumber
– Soya Sauce
– Chilli Sauce
– Salt
– Water
– Sugar

– Pot
– Knife
– Bowl
– Strainer
– Tablespoon
– Ribbon grater

1) Prepare the Ingredients (choose the portions, washing)
2) Cook the noodles (10 Mins)
3) Boil the vegetables
4) Keep some of the water (about 100g) to make the sauce
5) Drain the remaining water from the noodle
6) Make the sauce, add the noodles and toppings into the bowl with the sauce
7) Mix well before enjoying it

For two servings of the sauce:
1) 2 Tablespoon of peanut butter
2) Half a lemon
3) 2 Tablespoon of soya sauce
4) 2 Tablespoon of Chilli Sauce (For extra favour)
5) 50g of water
6) Adjust the amount of soya sauce accordingly. If the sauce is too salty, add some sugar.
