Here’s some toast inspo! Toasted Sesame & Roasted Red Pepper Toast by @realizing_fitness🌿⠀

2 slices of your favourite bread, toasted⠀
4 mini sweet peppers⠀
6 cloves garlic⠀
2 tbsp toasted sesame dairy free cheese spread⠀
1 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto with fermented onions & vegetables ⠀
A drizzle of balsamic glaze⠀
a sprinkle of hemp hearts⠀
fresh herbs⠀
⠀
Roast garlic (wrapped in foil with a drizzle of evoo) at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. ⠀

Remove stems and seeds from mini peppers. Roast for 15 minutes. Toss at the halfway mark. ⠀

Top toast with toasted sesame spread, sun-dried tomato pesto, peppers, roasted garlic, fresh herbs, a sprinkle hemp hearts and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. ⠀
