🥗 Greens, chopped cucumber, cherry tomatoes, chopped dried apricots, and roasted chickpeas with a sweet and tangy miso tahini dressing!

Miso Tahini Dressing
1 tsp miso
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp tamari
2 tsp tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp water
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of ginger powder 👌🏽

Add tamari, soy sauce and miso. Mix well to mash miso into mixture. Add remaining ingredients and whisk together. Then pour over veggies.
