⁣2 slices of your favourite bread, toasted⁣
⁣4 mini sweet peppers⁣
⁣6 cloves garlic⁣
⁣2 tbsp toasted sesame dairy free cheese spread⁣
⁣1 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto with fermented onions & vegetables ⁣
⁣A drizzle of balsamic glaze⁣
⁣a sprinkle of hemp hearts⁣
⁣fresh herbs⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Roast garlic (wrapped in foil with a drizzle of evoo) at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Remove stems and seeds from mini peppers. Roast for 15 minutes. Toss at the halfway mark. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Top toast with toasted sesame spread, sun-dried tomato pesto, peppers, roasted garlic, fresh herbs, a sprinkle hemp hearts and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. ⁣
