🍲’Roasted Cauliflower Soup ‘🍲

🌾 Ingredients:
1.Cauliflower around 150 gm’s (a Medium sized ) cut into florets
2.Nutritional yeast 1tbsp
3.Dew (Moth)beans around 30 gm’s soaked n roasted in oven [feel free to use mung beans/Chickpea]
4.Olive oil 1tbsp
5.Garlic Cloves 4-5
6.Salt,pepper,cumin,dried basil n oregano
7. 1 tbsp of oat flour

📌Pan/oven roast Cauliflower florets with a hint of oil,add salt n cook till turns slightly brownish on the edges,n a bit mushy from inside,blend to a fine paste with splash of water
📌To a pan, add oil,add n cook minced garlic,add a tbsp of oat flour,stir it well,add the blended Cauliflower,n give it a slight stir,add water around 1/2 cup n cook till it starts to thicken n voila 😉 serve hot with roasted dew beans
