1. Chickpea flour: 40gm
2. Flax meal: made up of 5-10gm flax seed
3. Olive oil : 1 tsp, salt

โœณ๏ธFor Peanut Sauce
1. 1 Tbsp peanut Butter
2. Cilantro, garlic cloves 5-6, 1/2 inch ginger
3. 1 tbsp soy sauce, sesame /neutral oil
4. Red chili, salt

โœณ๏ธFinal tempering ingredients
1. 1/2 cup of chopped Bell pepper
2. 1 medium carrots diced
3. Boiled soya chunks (12-15 gm dry weight)
4. Garlic ,(mushroom, mashed tofu,green onions can be added although I didn’t used any)
