One of the best things to do sometimes is to just add whatever you like in one big bowl and see how it turns out 😜 it usually never turns out bad.

Vegan bowl ingredients:
•Quinoa
•spinach
•tomato
•broccoli
•sweet potato
•beets
•onion
•tofu
•avocado

Instructions:
1️⃣ make the quinoa according to package
2️⃣ meanwhile cook the tofu to your liking, i like to oven bake them as tofu bites
3️⃣ boil sweet potatoes and beets separately
4️⃣ i pan fried the broccoli and onions because i like it crispy
5️⃣ put everything together and add tomato, spinach and avocado with any seasoning you choose and you’re all set 🌱🌱🌱🌱
