On Wednesday’s we make waffles 💁🏼‍♀️ I don’t know what is is about this breakfast creation that just hits the spot every Wednesday! The crispy treat full of perfect crevices that hold syrup, butter, or whatever you top your waffle with. Today I went with a pb & j because this combo can’t be beat 👏🏻 Every day I crave peanut butter, I kid you not either I wake up thinking “damn peanut butter sounds good” or throughout the day I just want to shovel a spoonful of it in my mouth. I’m just a hardcore peanut butter lova ☺️ To bring the j to this pb party, I drizzled some mashed up raspberries on top and of course some whole ones. These were a drrreaamm ✨ Grab the recipe below!

Peanut Butter Waffles:
1 1/2 cups oat flour (I just blend up GF oats until a fine powder is formed!)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup peanut butter (only ingredients should be peanuts)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup almond milk
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 2.5 tbsp water)

Directions: heat up mini waffle iron + create flax egg and let set for 5 minutes + add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine + grease waffle iron + add in 1/2 cup batter + cook for 2-3 minutes top with mashed warmed up raspberries, warm syrup, and @miyokoscreamery vegan butter
