CASHEW CHEESE.✨
This cashew cheese is creamy, tangy and just so daym tasty. So save it, share it, make it and ENJOY IT!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cashews (soaked overnight or for 30 minutes in boiling water)
Juice of 1 lemon (approx 2 tbsp)
1 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp miso
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp smoked paprika
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth. You may need to add a few tbsp of cold water to help blend, just add 1 tbsp at a time. You may need to stop to scrape down the sides. Mix should be thick but it does thicken up in the fridge so not to worry if you need a little more liquid to help it blend until smooth.
Devour it on toast, with crackers, veggies. You can also add 1 tbsp into a cup with a little water and turn it into a sauce!😉✨
