Oil-free Berry Chocolate Protein Scones 😆

Didn’t taste like scones actually, but still very delicious and healthy 🤗 had two for breakfast with a cup of hot coffee ☕

Stay warm and healthy ! 🥰🧣🧤

Recipe:

1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond flour
2 scoops @myproteinhk blueberry cheesecake whey protein
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of cinnamon

1 chia egg
1/8 cup almond milk
1/8 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup thick plant-based yogurt
1 cup frozen raspberries
Chocolate chips

Combine all the ingredients and bake at 180C for 12-15 min

Healthier glaze:
1 scoop @myprotein vanilla whey protein
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Water, adjust the consistency to your liking
