Oats Chilla- it’s a healthy, filling and nutritious, low calorie, protein rich recipe ideal for breakfast and snack time but I prefer it anytime of the day actually ??

Recipe-
1 cup oats
1/4 cup of besan flour
1 tsp cumin or jeera or carom seeds / ajwain
salt as needed.
1/8 tsp turmeric
Salt and pepper
Veggies- Mixture of onion, green chilies, coriander (you can add tomato, bell pepper, carrot also)

Add the ingredients in a bowl with oats and besan flour. Pour water as needed and make a batter that is not very thin or thick.

Preparation-

heat a non-stick pan, add a ladle full on it, and spread wide with the base of a ladle and let it cook on low-medium flame.
Add oil/ghee
Once the base is cooked flip it over and cook until it is crisp or golden
Ready .
