Oat and chia seed panackes cuz I love me a good stack of fluffy pancakes on a Sunday morning. They’re eggless, gluten-free, guilt free, healthy and an absolute treat.

Ingredients : 3/4 cups oat flour, 3 tbsp yogurt, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp honey/jaggery powder/brown sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder/ eno salt, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1-2 tsp chia seeds,1 tsp coffee powder, roughly chopped chocolate

Method : 1. Make a batter by mixing well all the ingredients mentioned above.
2. Add a dollop of butter to the heated pan and pour the batter (you can omit greasing with butter)
3. Add your roughly chopped choclate on the top.
4. Cook each side for about a minute

You can drizzle honey/maple syrup/Nutella over them or have them with chopped and roasted nuts or any fruit you fancy!
