Today’s smoothie inspiration is made with antioxidant rich blueberries. These berries are naturally high in dietary fibre and are in low calories making them an exceptionally versatile fruit to use in your every day recipes.

BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

▫️250ml almond or oat milk
▫️1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
▫️1/2 banana, frozen is best
▫️2 tbsp chia seeds
▫️1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
▫️1/2 cup ice cubes, makes it thick

Whiz together in a high-powered blender and serve in a bowl topped with fresh berries, banana wheels, hemp seeds and edible pansies. Yum!
