No one wants to be the person bringing the potato salad with raisins to the BBQ… so we got you covered! 🥔😍 Our Creamy Potato Salad is definitely not to go unnoticed at your next gathering…it’s too creamy and packed with flavor. It’s all in the dressing and the dijon mustard give it that extra kick of flavor that it needs! Check out the recipe below ⁣⤵️⤵️

2lbs of small potatoes ⁣
1 cup of peas ⁣

Dressing: ⁣
3 tbs of vegan mayo ⁣
2 tbs of dijon mustard ⁣
2 tbs of olive oil ⁣
1/4 tsp of salt ⁣
1/2 tsp of pepper ⁣
1 tbs of nutritional yeast ⁣
1/4 tsp of garlic powder ⁣
Juice of 1/2 lemon ⁣

1. Pre-heat oven at 450F.⁣
2. Halve your potatoes and place on lined baking sheet. ⁣
3. Drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper on potatoes before placing in the oven. ⁣
4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. ⁣
5. While potatoes are in the oven, start making the dressing by adding the rest of your ingredients in a mixing bowl. ⁣
6. Mix well. ⁣
7. Add in your potatoes in the dressing and mix well.⁣
8. Add your peas and gently mix. ⁣
