𝑹 𝑬 𝑪 𝑰 𝑷 𝑬: 🔰🔰🔰🔰🔰

🍫INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp cashew butter
4 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup oat flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/3 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
Large handful chopped dark chocolate

Topping:
50g dark chocolate
Tsp coconut oil

🍫METHOD:
1️⃣Preheat your oven to 180c and line a brownie tray with baking paper.
2️⃣Gently melt the coconut oil and cashew butter together, then cream in the coconut sugar until well combined.
3️⃣Beat in the eggs one at a time.
4️⃣Combine the dry ingredients, then fold through the wet mixture to create a smooth batter.
5️⃣Stir in the chocolate chunks and transfer to your lined tin. Bake in the oven for around 13 minutes.
6️⃣Allow the brownies to cool on a white wrack. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together to create your ganache topping. Spread this over the brownies and slice into squares🍫🥰
