You literally place all pesto ingredients into a food processor and bam💥, you get the tastiest and silkiest avocado pesto! I make this often because it’s quick, healthy, and everyone loves it! Leaving the recipe for you below! Make sure to save it in case you are feeling lazy one night but want a bomb tasting dinner! ⁣🥑

𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 (𝐯𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐠𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐧-𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞)⁣

1 large avocado ⁣
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, packed⁣
1 large clove garlic⁣
1/3 cup raw cashews⁣
juice of half a large lemon ⁣
1/2 tsp salt⁣
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper, or to taste⁣
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast⁣
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁣
3 Tbsp water ⁣
16 oz pasta of choice (use GF if needed)⁣

Prepare pasta according to package’s directions. ⁣

Meanwhile, add the rest of the ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. Add the pesto to the cooked and drained pasta. Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add more salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, and/or lemon juice if needed. Serve and enjoy!
