NATURAL FOOD ART CAFE… VEGAN MOCK TUNA SALAD… I’ve been watching foodie videos to learn how to make vegan meat and fish alternatives similar to the meat and fish options my family and I used to eat before we became vegan… I wanted to try some different meat and fish alternatives for our home meals and to add something new to the Natural Food Art Cafe vegan food selections… I’ve made some pretty good meatless meats using, beans, banana peels, mushrooms and vital wheat gluten… This vegan mock tuna salad was made using garbanzo beans… I mashed the pre-cooked chickpeas, then added chopped veggies and seasonings, including ground nori (seaweed) to give this mock tuna salad a fish/seafood smell and taste… This first try at making mock tuna salad was successful and the taste was yummy, yet I am still experimenting with my ingredients, so I’ll share the ingredients for the best version of my vegan mock tuna salad at a later date… Natural Food… Natural Art… BIG SMILE… Make sure to follow danarondel.com … You’ll enjoy the wonderful and inspiring posts about more of my food adventures and magic… And check out the NATURAL FOOD ART CAFE at windinc.org / danarondel.com / partnersingoodwill.com …
