NACHOS WITH CHICKPEA NACHO CHEESE

first time making nachos and they turned out amazing. i thought that using chickpeas was the best way to add protein and it worked!!

sauce:
– 1 cup chickpeas
– 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
– lemon juice (to taste)
– 1/2 cup water
– seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
blend all of the ingredients until smooth. if you like it more thicker only add 1/3 cup water. (i but mine in the microwave for a minute to heat it up a little)

toppings i used:
– lettuce
– tortilla chips
– bell peppers
– jalapeño
– red onions
