My Supper Easy, Quick Chickpea Chilli.

My supper easy, quick chickpea chilli.

Ingredients:
1 onion
2 carrots
1tbsp coconut aminos
1tsp smoked paprika
7 cherry tomatoes
1/2tsp chilli
200ml tomato and basil pasatta
Salt
3 sundried tomatoes
1 can chickpeas

Method:
In a saucepan start of by cooking the onion followed by the carrots. Once the carrots have softened add the tomatoes and the spices and coconut aminos. Add the pasatta and leave to simmer for a bit before adding the a can of chickpeas.

I served mine with spinach and brown rice 🍚
