My new favorite Healthy and yummy
Baked Gobhi Paneer 🧀

• Ingredients•
🔸1 small cauliflower mashed and drained
🔸100 g Grated paneer
🔸1 grated Carrot 🥕
🔸 1/4 cup steamed corn
🔸 Handful of chopped Cilantro
🔸 Chilli flakes to taste
🔸 Salt and pepper to taste
🔸1 grated green Chilli (Optional)
🔸1 teaspoon Indian Chat masala
🔸 100g bread crumbs

1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2️⃣ Add Breadcrumbs and make bite sized balls
3️⃣ Place the balls on baking sheet and spray them with oil
4️⃣ Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes
*️⃣ Serve with ketchup or mint / tamarind chutney

PS: cauliflower needs to be drained thoroughly in a cheese cloth after mashing to avoid excess water or moisture .

🥬 This recipe may be used to make patties instead and used as a cutlet
🥬 Alternatively it can also be shallow fried , but baking is a healthier option.
🥬 This recipe makes about 20 bite size gobhi paneer balls
