My 1st attempt @engine2diet lasagna. I can’t wait to make it again. πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‰

I used a white lasagna noodle. Next time I will use a whole wheat or an alternative gluten free noodle. I may incorporate some lentils to boost the protein.

Ingredients: noodles, pasta sauce, onion, garlic, mushroom, broccoli, carrot, corn, bell pepper, tofu, spinach, sweet potato, tomato, cashews, nutritional yest,
Spices: basil, oregano, rosemarry, cayenne pepper

It was really quite simple process. You can find the recipe online.
I ate 2 portions easily. It was quite good!

This dish made 8 portions:

Energy: 328 kcal, Protein: 12g, Fiber: 10g, Net carbs: 50g, Fat: 6g
