Here is the recipe for you :

1. Gently scrub your mushroom with whole wheat flour.
2. Wash with water.
3. Take a roti tawa, put some garlic cloves let it roast. Add olive oil, mushrooms, black paper, rock salt and thyme.
4. Sauté for some time, mushroom will absorb all ingredients flavours. Let it cool down a bit.
6. Now in a blender, add above mixture with coconut milk.
7. Garnish your soup with steamed beetroot carrot and peas.
8. In 5 minutes, you will see beetroot color will dissolve in the soup, leaving it with a slight pink soup. ( could not capture the image as I was indulged in having this yummy soup)

Coconut milk is a fortified source of Calcium. I made it at home by blending fresh coconut pieces in water.
