Mushroom capsicum meal – Indian style!

Ingredients : oil, butter, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, gram masala, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped tomato, sliced capsicum, sliced mushroom, salt, black pepper powder, garlic cloves chopped, curry leaves, kasturi methi.
Step 1: pour 2 table spoons on oil and 1 table spoon of butter in hot pan on medium heat. Add half tea spoon cumin seeds, once splattering, add half tea spoon of turmeric, 1 tea spoon chilli powder, 1 tea spoon coriander powder, half tea spoon garam masal to this. Keep stirring untill the spices are cooked.
Step 2: add 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste to the masala and stir it untill the raw smell goes off. Then add half cup chopped onion and stir fry it untill translucent. Now add half cup tomato and cook well untill soft. To this add half cup capsicum and once capsicum is Al Dante, add mushroom and cook it for 3 minutes. Add salt according to your taste.
Step 3: in a separate bowl, make a tempering with 1table spoon butter, half tea spoon black pepper powder, half table spoon chopped garlic, one tea spoon of crushed kasuri methi and 5 to 7 curry leaves. Once tempering is made, add this to hot curry and mix well.
Serve with hot rice or chapati.
