Mushroom burger tonight! 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 sooo good 😍
Recipe ~ We encourage you to use organic produce/ingredients whenever possible.
2 raw portobello mushrooms (med/large preferred for this recipe)
BBQ sauce: 2 tbs 1/2 tsp split between 2 mushrooms
Sea salt: SMALL dash on each one! Just a dot! about 1/8 tsp on each.
Pepper: 1/2 tsp split between 2 mushrooms
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp split between 2 mushrooms
Onion powder: 1/2 tsp split between 2 mushrooms
Smoked paprika: 1/2 tsp split between 2 mushrooms
Garlic cloves, peeled & minced: 4-5 cloves
Marinade of your choice: 2 tbs split between 2 mushrooms
Pre heat oven to 350. Get some sort of pan/dish to set them in while cooking. Set each mushroom on a sheet of parchment paper that is large enough to wrap around it. Put all the ingredients on each mushroom. Wrap each mushroom up in the parchment paper, set them on a oven safe dish. Bake for roughly 1 hour & 15 min. Check them 45 min in. You want them soft in their thicket area. Once done dab off extra liquid. Be careful! It’s hot! 🙂 Put on your favorite bun, w/ your preferred topping!! Enjoy!!
