🌱 Mushroom and Broccoli Noodle Bowl
* 2 servings of noodles
* 1 medium red onion
* 2 cloves of minced garlic
* 1 tea spoon crushed ginger
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
* Juice of 1/2 a lime
* 3 tsp rice vinegar
* 1 tsp miso paste
* 3 tbsp water
* 2 tsp cornflour
* cook the noodles according to package instructions
* Sauté onion, garlic, mushrooms, brocolli and ginger on a nonstick frying pan.
* Prepare the sauce by stirring the soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, miso paste water and corn flower together in a bowl.
* When the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse them and transfer too the frying pan together with the sauce.
* Stir over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
* Serve and enjoy
