Mouth watering, chocolate fudge brownies by @sisterz_with_taste 中中中中

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Coconut oil
1/2 cup Plant Milk (we used Soy)
2tsp Vanilla
1 cup Coconut Sugar/ Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Ground Flax Seeds
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1 cup Fine brown rice flour/ fine whole sorghum flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Dairy-free chocolate chips
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×9 inch baking tracy with baking paper and set aside
2) In a large bowl whisk together the oil, plant milk, vanilla , sugar & ground flax seeds. Then whisk in the cocoa powder & salt.
3) Stir in the flour, chocolate chips, walnuts until well combined and a thick sticky batter is formed. Reserve some walnuts for topping! (optional)
4) Line a rectangular tin with greeseproof paper & use a spatula to transfer the brownie batter to the tin! Scatter the remaining walnuts on top and place in the oven!
5) Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 mins
6) Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 15 mins before enjoying!
