Moongdal chila is light, healthy and tastes absolutely delicious? Pair it with coconut chutney, tomato chutney or green chutney for a nutritious breakfast! ??

Ingredients:
2 C moongdal 
6 C water
3 green chilli
2 tomato
2 capsicum
Oil (as required) for cooking chillas
1 bunch of coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Recipe:
• Soak moongdal overnight in water. Drain the water. Transfer dal to a mixer. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, salt to taste, and water as per the consistency. Let it blend into a semi-smooth paste.
• Spread a little oil on hot tawa. Pour 1 big spoon of batter on it and spread evenly. Add tomatoes, capsicum and coriander on it. Let it cook for 1-2mins on one side. Flip and cook for another 2 mins.
Serve with chutney of your choice!
