.Moong dal(yellow lentils) pancakes
INGREDIENTS
One cup soaked yellow moong dal
Half cup chopped spinach
Half cup grated carrots
One onion chopped
Coriander leaves
Green chillies
Cumin seeds
1/2 fruit salt
Half chopped tomatoes
METHOD
Grind soaked moongdal with one green chilli
In this mixture add add spinach , onions ,carrots, coriander leaves, tomatoes ,salt to taste and 1 tsp fruit salt
Pour this on non stick pan
Cook it on low flame till it golden brown from both sides
You can brush your pan with oil.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, onions and tomatoes
