Mong Dal Palak Saag

Ingredients
1/2 cup Mong Dal
I bunch Palak
2 diced tomatoes
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp imli pulp
1 tsp Salt
For Tarka
1/4 cup oil
1 small onion sliced
4 whole red chilles
2 cloves garlic

Method:
Add pre washed and soakedDal moong with all the ingredients except imli pulp and palak in it with 2 cup of water. Cook on low flame till dal and tomatoes and palak are well cooked. add imli pulp Mix well and simmer for 5 mins. Keep on stirring occasionally to avoid burning.
In a frying pan prepare tarka add oil; sliced onion and garlic along with whole red chillies. Cooked until onion and garlic become golden. Put Tarka on the dal.
