1 3/4 cup spelt flour (all-purpose works as well)โ €
2 tsp baking powderโ €
2/3 cup granulated sugar of choiceโ €
1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil)โ €
3/4 cup non-dairy milk ( I used oat milk)โ €
Zest and juice of one big lemonโ €
2 tsp apple vinegarโ €
1/2 tsp saltโ €

โœ…In a medium bowl combine the flour with the baking powder and saltโ €
