hey sweet spuddies! 🍠 These muffins have the best CARAMELISA-SHUN I’ve ever seen, yet are so incredibly fluffy, moist & DECEDENT.🍫🥰 you heard that right, you won’t be able to resist bite after bite. 🤤🥺🥳

When the baking queen herself, @vegforsoul posted her recipe for these & i HAD to try it, although i switched cocoa powder & sugar for my all-time favorite ingredient (y’all probably know this by now) HOT CHOCOLATE POWDER!🍫🔥☕

I also made these muffins TWICE in one day…they were gone THAT quickly! 🤭🤪😋

RECIPE (modified from @vegforsoul):
🍫1/3 cup + 2 tbsp (40g) flour
🍫1/2 cup – 1 tbsp (40g) hot chocolate / milo powder
🍫1 tsp baking powder
🍫pinch of salt
🍫1/4 tsp vanilla extract
🍫1+1/4 tsp flaxmeal
🍫3 tbsp (45ml) brewed coffee
🍫5 tsp (25g) applesauce/mashed banana

1. Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
2. Mix wet ingredients together with flaxmeal, let sit for 5 mins.
3. Mix dry ingredients together, sift into wet mixture.
4. Grease 4 silicon cupcake mould, spoon batter into the moulds.
5. Bake for 8 mins at 200C.
6. Then bake for another 13 mins at 180C.
