Brooky, the bear is a vegan, gluten free, low cal brookie. Only need 1 min to prepare this baby brooky. he is tender, soft moist and stuffed cuddly chocolate and banana. Somehow, during his sauna session, his love got exploded a little. I guess he was too stuffed or his skin was too fragile. ? nevertheless, i still managed to get a bit of ooze ooze love ❤️ in there. The stuffed banana coins got all mushy and caramelized, together with the cake texture and melted chocolate, it was amazing. ?

1 tablespoon of chia seed
2 tabespoon of plant milk
2 tablespoon of oat flour
2 tablespoon of almond flour
1 tablespoon of hojicha almond butter @harensspread
1 teaspoon of old honey @taitai.honey
15g of melted chocolate + 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1. Firstly, soaked the chia seed with the plant milk. Let it soaked for at least 10 min for the chia seed to expand into a thick liquid.
2. Melts the chocolate in the microwave for 30 secs and add in the coconut oil. Pour onto a cling wrap and chilled in the freezer for 30 min.
