🌱 Fenugreek (methi seeds) sprouts are even more nutritious than moong sprouts.
And dnt worry they dnt taste bitter.
🌱To prepare sprouts, soak the seeds overnight. Next morning drain the water and wrap it in muslin cloth and keep aside. Water them wash them and wrap them again. This process for three days for lovely sprouts.
🌱 Adding paneer was just to bring balance to the taste. You can go without paneer too.
🌱 Feel free to add spinach or any other green leafy vegetable to the besan for cheela.
