🥞 MESSY PANCAKES 🥞 boy, don’t I just love getting my stacks on a Sunday morning, especially when the sunshine is flooding through the windows like it has been here today!
It’s been a busy week getting the last bits in order ready to launch my two products. There’s been a few obstacles I’ve had to navigate around at the eleventh hour, but I’m poised and ready to take orders next few days!

300ml soya milk
250g self-raising flour
1tsp baking powder (optional)
1tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1tbsp cooking oil
1️⃣ sift 250g flour into a large mixing bowl along with 1tsp
2️⃣ pour 300ml soya milk into the bowl and whisk into a smooth batter
3️⃣ heat a large frying pan on a medium heat and use a paper kitchen towel to coat with cooking oil
4️⃣ using a ladle pour 2-3 portions of batter into the pan, leaving space in between each one
5️⃣ cook for up to a minute before flipping, and repeat the process from step 3️⃣ until batter is finished.
6️⃣ serve with your favourite spread and chopped bananas. I’ve used @aldiuk biscuit spread 😋
Tip: You can place the cooked pancakes in the oven on a low heat under foil to keep warm
