~MATCHA WHITE CHOCOLATE SCONES~

These matcha scones are one of the best scones we’ve ever had, especially because we’re HUGE matcha fans. They are one of a kind and are sooo good! The matcha gives it great flavour and creates the perfect texture. They’re completely vegan, gluten-free and dairy free!! We really recommend making them, you will LOVE them!!!
Recipe below 👇🏻👇🏻

➡️Ingredients for the scones:
-> 2 tsp of coconut oil
-> 8 tsp of almond milk
->1 Tbsp of maple syrup
-> 1/2 tsp of vanilla
->6 Tbsp of gluten-free flour
->4 Tbsp of oats (gluten-free if needed)
->1/2 tsp of baking powder
->Pinch of salt
->1 tsp of matcha powder

➡️Instructions for the scones:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl mix together the coconut oil, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla. In another bowl whisk together the gluten-free flour, oats, baking powder, salt and matcha powder. Combine the two and mix thoroughly until a smooth consistency has been reached.
( Note: this recipe only makes two scones so if you’re looking to make more just double it)

3. Shape the dough into scone shapes and place them on the tray. Bake for 20-23 minutes.
