✨Maple Pecan Banana Cookies ✨

Getting ready to make another batch of these as we speak so the house can smell amazing and also so that they will be available for quick snacking access ✨ P.s. (no joke y’all) these are superrrr easy to make!

*Wet ingredients:
2 bananas (mashed)
3 tbsp maple syrup ( I used @choczero)
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 egg or flax/chia egg

*Dry ingredients:
2 cups almond flour + 2-4 tbsp
1 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
——
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Start with 2 cups almond flour. Reserve the extra tbsp of almond flour, only if you need them once you mix wet and dry together. Mix all wet ingredients together (except egg). Once all the wet is mixed completely- stir in egg until combined. Combine both wet and dry ingredients together and stir. Add in more almond flour if it’s too wet. Place chopped pecans or a single pecan on top.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
——
*Sub almond flour for oat flour.
*Sub maple syrup for agave or honey or sugar.
*Sub almond butter for a different nut butter.
——
Enjoy y’all! ✨ #thedailykale
