Ingredients:⠀⠀

1/2 cup coconut cream⠀⠀
1/2 cup coconut milk ⠀⠀
1 fresh ripe mango ⠀⠀
1 1/2 cup frozen mango⠀⠀
1/2 tsp turmeric ⠀⠀
1/2 tsp cardamom ⠀⠀
1/2 tsp cinnamon ⠀⠀
1-2 tsp maple syrup⠀⠀
1 date⠀⠀
⠀⠀
2 servings ⠀⠀

Instructions:⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Cut the juicy flesh off the mango (the riper they are, the better), leaving the seed in the middle and trimming away all the skin.⠀⠀

Place the mango flesh into a blender with the coconut cream, coconut milk, frozen mango, cardamom, maple syrup, cinnamon, turmeric and the date.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Blend until smooth, have a taste, and add a little more maple if needed. I’ve garnished mine with cacao nibs, goji berries and ⁣desiccated coconut but feel free to use your favourite toppings. ⠀
