Mango?, beetroot and ginger with sesame – A healthy smoothie bowl to kickstart your day.

Ingredients
1 mango
1 small beetroot
small piece of ginger
5 mint leaves
handful pomegranate seeds
1 tsp tahini
150ml coconut milk or any other plant based milk

Instructions
1. Grind all the ingredients together in a blender until its thick. If you prefer it to be thinner, add more milk or water.
2. Decorate the smoothie bowl with some diced mango, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
