🥢Maggi Goreng – SPICY and SPRINGY Fried Ramen Noodles with a Sunny Side Up 🍳

This Spicy Fried Ramen Noodle recipe takes your average instant ramen noodle transformed into an upgraded version which is more flavourful, addictively delicious, and take less than 30 minutes to make!

Ingredients🛒:
2 packets instant ramen noodles (blanch in hot water to soften)
Cabbage and Choy sum, thinly chopped
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp oil
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Sliced green and red chilli pepper
2 eggs

Heat oil, break in egg, scramble, remove and keep aside. Fry another egg to make a sunny side up and set aside.🍳 In the same pot, add cabbage, choy sum and chilli pepper, stir fry until tender. Add in curry powder and chilli powder and quickly stir. Add in sweet and light soy sauce. Stir in noodles and scrambled egg, quickly stir over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Dish out and serve with calamansi lime, cucumber, sunny side up and chopped chillies. Last but not least with a cup of good milk tea. ☕
