Lunch today! I used @traderjoes meatless meatballs, some garlic herb marinara, & topped it with some homemade vegan parmesan cheese. For the Parmesan I threw cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and sea salt into a blender. Directions for the cheese below ⬇️ ⁣










⁣INGREDIENTS:⁣
⁣-3/4 cup cashews⁣
⁣-3 tablespoons nutritional yeast⁣
⁣-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ⁣
⁣-3/4 teaspoon sea salt ⁣




⁣DIRECTIONS:⁣
⁣1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender. Pulse until fine. Store in fridge to keep fresh for up to several weeks. ⁣
