Low Calorie Banana Oats Pancake with Apple Sauce! It’s a vegan recipe that is filling, sweet, nutritious & low calorie. Pancakes are amazing. Eat them any day or any time. But it’s full of carbs & can get difficult to digest when made with refined flour. The banana oats pancake is a simple recipe. It has few ingredients & cooks fast. There’s no need to add sugar. The sweetness from banana & cinnamon are more than enough to enjoy it as is. To avoid refined sugar, I used organic jaggery for the apple sauce.
