•2 teaspoon chia seeds
• Milk 200 ml
• Fresh cream 2 spoon (optional)
•Dark Choclate (99% cocoa) – 2 -3 pieces .
• Stevia -1 teaspoon (for sweetening)
•soak 2teaspoon chia seeds in 50 ml milk for overnight in fridge.
• Add remaining 150 ml milk, 2 spoon fresh cream,1teaspoon stevia and 2 pices of dark chocolate in blender and blend smooth.
•Now in glass pour chia seeds mixture which we soaked over night and blended mix.
•Garnish with chopped or grated 1piece of dark chocolate and serve cold??
