Spicy braised Meat-Free “Chicken” Recipe ?
INGREDIENTS
380g Soya Rama Chick-Liks
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsb crushed ginger
1tb crushed garlic
6-7 curry leaves
2 red chillies
2 green chillies
2 tablespoon oil
2 tsp pickle masala
2 chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Let your non stick pan get very hot.
2. Add onion, ginger & garlic, curry leaf, chilli and Soya Rama Chick-Liks.
3. Let it all fry for about 5-10 minutes.
4. Then add pickle masala, salt and tomatoes.
5. Let it all fry for another 5-10 mins.
6. Garnish with coriander.
7. Enjoy!
