Looking for a healthy snack to keep around?
These energy bites are great for just a quick snack, an excellent pre/post workout fuel or even a quick breakfast in a hurry. They are incredibly easy to make at home and pack lots of flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dates (about 10 pitted dates)
1/2 raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Add ingredients into food processor and process until sticky dough.
2. Scoop dough from the food processor with your hands or use a tablespoon and form into small balls using your hands.
3. Roll each ball in shredded coconut to decorate (optional).
I also mixed the last 4 balls with cocoa powder and it tastes so good.

Store the energy bites in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
