1 box linguine
1/2 cup reserved pasta water from cooking
1 tbsp olive oil
Your choice of vegan bacon (I used tofurkey peppered deli slices)
1/2 can peas
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp Oregano
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 block Silken tofu, blended smooth
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice


Boil pasta for 10 minutes or until el dente
Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water, drain pasta

Heat oil in large pan, until hot. Add bacon or deli slices and cook until crispy

Reduce heat to medium, add herbs and garlic and cook for 1 more minute

Add soy sauce and Pasta water, stir to combine

Reduce heat, stir in Silken tofu, nutritional yeast, lemon juice/acv, and peas

Add drained pasta back into sauce and mix until fully combined
