LIKE SHARE AND SAVE FOR LATER

Vegan brownie with peanut butter swirl.
Ultra gooey and decadent.

RECIPIE
half cup whole wheat flour
half cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/3rd cup palm sugar or sugar of choice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant coffee granules
1 cup dairy-free chocolate chunks
1 cup plant based milk
1/3rd cup oil
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

For Swirl
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sweet syrup of choice
A few drops of warm water

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Using the double boiling method melt the chocolate chunks in half cup plant milk. Once melted add it to the dry ingredients with rest of the wet ingredients and mix well. The coffee granules help bring out the taste of the chocolate ( omit of not available )
Add the batter into an 8inch baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Make the peanut butter smooth by adding the syrup and warm water. Put small dollops of the peanut butter over the batter and use a knife to swirl it around.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 mins. Be careful to check for burning as this brownie did bake in exactly that amount of time. Cool and cut peices to enjoy!
