Libanese style bowl

⏳Time of preparation for 3 days meal prep : 30 mins

🥕Ingredients for 3 days : 

🥦Toppings : 
Ready-made falafels (I used frozen ones, 5 per bowl)
3 carrots (1 per bowl)
1 big Head of broccoli
3 tomatoes
1 Cucumber
Handful of Almonds
Hummus

🍚Base : 
3 x 75g Quinoa

📦Storage : 
3 containers

👩‍🍳Preparation for 3 days meal prep : 

1️⃣ Prepare 2 pans, start heating up salted water in both of them

2️⃣ While the water is heating, start cutting the broccoli into smaller pieces

3️⃣ Put the quinoa into one of the pans ( for 15 mins)

4️⃣ Put the broccoli into the other pan (for 10 mins)

5️⃣ Drain the broccoli, when it’s cooled, put it into one of the containers for meal prep

6️⃣ When the quinoa is ready, put it away into a container for meal prep

7️⃣ Defrost or cook the 15 pieces falafels in a pan in some olive oil

8️⃣ When it’s ready put it into a 3rd container

🥗Composing the bowl : 

1️⃣Compose your bowl by dividing the quinoa, broccoli and the falafels into 3 portions! Then add 1 tomato, ⅓ of a cucumber, a few almonds and a generous tbsp of hummus

2️⃣Add some salt and paprika spice for flavour!
