– 2 tbsp Soy Sauce⁠
– 100 ml Tomato Sauce⁠
– 40 g Textured Soy Protein⁠
– 1/4 Red Onion⁠
– 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder⁠
– 3 Lettuce Shells (Romaine Lettuce)⁠
– 3 tbsp Diced Veggies (Cucumber, Tomato, Pepper, Avocado…)⁠

? Prep:⁠
1. Prepare the textured soy protein according to the package (soak in hot water if needed)⁠
2. Sauté onion with soy protein and add soy sauce, tomato sauce and paprika powder⁠
3. Fill the lettuce shells with the finished sauce and add the diced veggie mix on top⁠
